Movies Under The Stars

By purchasing this ticket I am aware that outdoor events involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. I hereby freely assume and accept any and all known and unknown risks of injury for myself and anyone in my party while attending this event and release the owner, it’s management company, their affiliates, subsidiaries successors and assigns from any liability whatsoever for bodily or property damage resulting from any negligent acts and omissions in the design, operation, supervision and maintenance of the event.

In the event of inclement weather, unsafe conditions, war, acts of God or other reasons beyond the Downtown Sacramento Partnership’s control, an attempt to accomodate a rebooking date will take place. Because the event is an outdoor facility, the event may close due to rain, wind or other factors that affect the quality of the event and safety of customers with little advance notice.

Please consider your purchase carefully, bookings are non-refundable. We will make every effort to reschedule your event in the case of weather or when other circumstances require it. ONLY if rescheduling is unavailable, up to 50% of your reservation may be refunded at the discretion of management.

By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I authorize this charge to be made to my debit or credit card. A receipt will be emailed to you, and the charge will appear on your credit card statement. You agree that no other notification will be provided.
